Account & Data Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and the data associated with it at any time.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

• Your account is permanently deactivated.
• Your conversations, memories, projects, and uploaded files are deleted.
• Your subscription is canceled and is not refunded (except where required by law).
• Your email is removed from active records.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Open the profile menu (bottom-left of the sidebar).
3. Select Settings, then scroll to the Delete account section.
4. Confirm the deletion. This action cannot be undone.

Alternatively, contact us through the Contact page and we will process your request.

Data Retention After Deletion

We may retain limited data for a short period to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms. After this period, your data is permanently removed.

Deleting Individual Items

You don't need to delete your whole account to remove specific data:

• Conversations: delete any chat from the sidebar.
• Memories: remove individual facts from the Memory panel.
• Files: remove attachments from the relevant section.

Recovery

Deleted accounts cannot be recovered. If you change your mind, you will need to create a new account.
